We are now using Cliniko as our practice software to streamline our process. There are different kind of appointments you can book. You can choose between an In-person (Face-to-face) session or a Telehealth (online)session for any of the bookings. Sessions are 50 minutes.

Initial Session:

As a new client you can choose between an Initial In-person or a Telehealth session. When you book an appointment you will receive automatic email link to provide your details, so no further forms needed in the waiting room so that you can focus on your appointment.

Follow-up Sessions

You can choose between an In-person (in-office) or a Telehealth (online) Follow-up session when you call or book online. When you book a Telehealth session you will now automatically receive a Telehealth Link via Email. Joining a Telehealth session is now as easy as clicking on the link.

Supervision Sessions

I provide supervision for Mental Health Professionals, especially in the fields of trauma, hypnosis, Ego State Therapy and somatic approaches to psychotherapy. You can book an In-person or Telehealth Supervision session. The fee is $280 (inc GST).

Medicare:

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, you can get a rebate of $141.85. With Cliniko, we can now process your Medicare claims online and you will receive the rebate. No more hassles with having to claim yourself.

A Mental Health Care Plan referral from your GP or specialist can provide access to health care benefits of up to 10 sessions per calendar year from 1 January to 31 December. A GP referral is usually valid for an initial 6 sessions. The psychologist then needs to write a report to the GP. After a consult with your GP, the GP can then recommend another 4 sessions. To be able to claim, the date on the referral needs to be prior to the appointment and at latest on the same day as the appointment. A MHCP can carry-over into the next year if you have not used all your sessions. Specialists, such as a psychiatrist or a paediatrician, can provide a referral for 10 sessions.
